About ‘Fractured Edge’

From my home at the mudflats of Clew Bay, a place of boundary and margin where Europe ends and the Atlantic begins, I continue to document that great expanse of water in all its changing topography, weather and moods. Work, while unfolding from the sea is equally about the human condition in these ever changing times. As an artist I respond to the cyclical interaction between environment and the individual, working in a variety of media and interdisciplinary projects which have a continuous narrative, with layers and levels that reveal themselves in different ways. An artist colleague and I research, present and produce ‘The Arts Show’ on ‘Westport Radio’.
