Hamilton Gallery is delighted to introduce you to the following programme of Solo exhibitions in 2019. The gallery is delighted to welcome Clèa Van DerGrijn, Gráinne Cuffe, Hane Murtagh, Tina Brooks, Páraic McGhloughlin, Ian Wieczorek, Cathan Carman, Jane O’Malley and Brian Smyth
This programme will be complimented by our 6th annual invited artists exhibition inspired by a major poem by W B Yeats, and tying in with the nationwide Decade of Commemoration which marks the emergence of Ireland as an independent nation 100 years ago. The exhibition this year fittingly will be themed on Yeats’ poem "Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen” which wrestles with global social, politcal and cultural issues Ireland faced in the aftermath of the Great War and as the War of Independence took hold around the country. This exhibition will open on Yeats Day June 13th.
We hope to see your at the many exhibition openings and other events at Hamilton Gallery throughout the year.
