Hamilton Gallery invites you to attend the opening celebration of "Song Lines" an exhibition of fine art prints by Daniel Lipstein and Niall Naessens.

Daniel Lipstein and Niall Naessens, two etchers, share much besides their passion for making prints. Both artists make images that are landscape or nature based but with a suggestion of an event, somewhere else from beyond where they aim to take the viewer.
The imagery of their work issues from their respective rural environments in the Midlands and the West of Ireland. The title Song Lines suggests there is narrative and music in their work and references the etching and drawing element they employ. And of course the aboriginal songlines underlying the spiritual or subconscious relationship with the earth we walk on. Their musical journey of lines also includes the territories of the ocean and the sky.

Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome so please do bring a friend.
