Hamilton Gallery website offers you a way to purchase unique Irish artworks from many of Ireland's leading contemporary artists.

We are happy to engage / consult with collectors and customers on an ongoing basis on all queries relating to contemporary visual arts in Ireland. 

Guarantee of Originality

Hamilton Gallery guarantees that everything sold through this site is 100% the original work of the artist.

All art works sold will be signed by the artist who created them and customers will receive a detailed provenance for each piece purchased which will be signed by the artist and by the gallery director.

Payment

On-Line payment on this site is via Stripe payment services. Stripe accepts and process all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Purchasing on-line could not be simpler. After you have selected the items you wish to purchase just follow the step-by-step instructions.

If you do not wish to place your order on-line then simply note the title and artists name of the artwork you wish to purchase and e-mail, Fax or Phone us. We will prepare your artwork for dispatch and on receipt of payment by an agreed method the goods will be sent to you. Goods cannot be shipped until payment has been received.

Payment/Cancellation Information

Your credit/debit card account is tendered through Stripe on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on 00353-7191-43377 or by email to info@hamiltongallery.ie and quote your name and order number within 24 hours of order placement or before the order has been shipped.

Shipping

Given the variety of dimensions, weight and value of fine art items it is not possible to attach standardised shipping and insurance charges to purchase from this site.

Accordingly art purchase prices from Hamilton Gallery do not include shipping or shipping insurance costs.

Separate shipping / return shipping and insurance arrangements must be made by the purchaser with an independent third party courier service.

This can be done either independently if the purchaser has an preferred courier service, or else via arrangement with Hamilton Gallery where the customer requests us to ship purchases on their behalf.

If customers request Hamilton Gallery to make shipping & transit insurance arrangements for them, we will compile a number of shipping options for the art work in question and discuss these with the customer.

In the event that purchasers agree to this advice and instruct us to ship on their behalf Hamilton Gallery cannot accept responsibility for damage loss or theft during shipping.  

We strongly advise customers to use reputable shipping firms for shipping or returning their purchases. 

Prior to shipping Hamilton Gallery will keep a detailed photographic record of the condition of your purchase, of wrapping and packaging used prior to shipping. You will have this as your record for the physical condition of your art work(s) at time of despatch, in the event that issues arise between you and your shipping company.
