Forged Carved Cast

The primary elements of contemporary Irish sculpture are drawn together in “Forged Carved Cast” an exhibition by four of Ireland's celebrated sculptors Orla de Brí, Cathy Carman, Catherine Greene and Eileen MacDonagh.

The artists have made a personal selection of small and medium works which feature in the exhibition. Their selections collectively give insight into their unique voices, the forging, carving and casting processes they are involved in, and the variety of materials used ranging from bronze to stone.

The exhibition is a fascinating and dynamic insight into the world of contemporary Irish sculpture.
