Hamilton Gallery is delighted to introduce you to the following programme of Solo exhibitions in 2019. The gallery is delighted to welcome Ruth O’Donnell, Cléa van der Grijn, Gráinne Cuffe, Jane Murtagh, Tina Brooks, Páraic McGloughlin, Breda Burns, Ian Wieczorek, Cathy Carman, Jane O’Malley and Brian Smyth
This programme will be complimented by our 6th annual invited artists exhibition inspired by a major poem by W B Yeats, and tying in with the nationwide Decade of Commemoration which marks the emergence of Ireland as an independent nation 100 years ago. The exhibition this year fittingly will be themed on Yeats’ poem "Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen” which wrestles with global social, political and cultural issues Ireland faced in the aftermath of the Great War and as the War of Independence took hold around the country. This exhibition will open on July 18th in association with the 60th Yeats International Summer School.
We hope to see your at the many exhibition openings and other events at Hamilton Gallery throughout the year.
