Room To Improve
We were delighted to get a visit from Dermot Bannon and the production team for Room To Improve in January. For episode three of series 15 Dermott was looking for work by contemporary Irish artists to finish out a stunningly renovated premises in Aughris, County Sligo.
Dermott settled on wonderful feature photography by Peter Martin from his solo exhibition Pause, which was held in Hamilton Gallery as part of Tread Softly Festival in August. He also selected a sculptural work and painting by Martina Hamilton from Winter Gathering.
